Qi Gong, translating to “wellness cultivation,” is a holistic system of coordinated body posture, movement, breathing and meditation. With a history spanning over 1,900 years, Qi Gong has been integral to traditional Chinese medicine and spiritual practice.

In our Health Qi Gong classes, we introduce students to standardized sequences, such as the 18-posture Tai Chi Qi Gong, developed in the 1980s to promote health and polarity. These exercises are designed to balance the body’s energy, improve circulation, and enhance overall vitality. Suitable for all fitness and flexibility levels, our classes provide a gentle yet efficient approach to wellness.
